Practice Rates

An initial intake evaluation lasts 50-60 minutes and costs $550.

Follow up appointments for medications, supplements, and/or therapy last 20-30 minutes and cost $350. Adults need to be seen at least every three months; children and adolescents, at least every two months.

A package of ten 50-60 minute, weekly or bi-weekly, in-depth lifestyle psychiatry sessions, personalized to you or your child, costs $3000 after the initial evaluation has been completed. The package may be ordered multiple times. Upon repeat of the package, visits can be spaced out to once in three weeks, or even to monthly appointments.

Paperwork, such as 504 and IEP recommendation letters, FMLA forms, etc., are billed at $75 for each 15 minutes.
