Policies

Payment is due at each visit by cash, check, or credit card.


Missed appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be fully charged.


I do not take insurance. However, I can provide receipts for insurance reimbursement.


Medication refills are usually available within one business day.


Adult patients receiving medications must be seen at least once every three months.


Child and adolescent patients receiving medications must be seen at least once every two months.


Phone messages can usually be returned within one business day. Messages left on holidays will be returned as soon as possible.


Email can be sent through secure messaging via the Valant patient portal.


In case of medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
